Available for leadership roles in digital marketing, business growth operations, or AI automation

I have owned digital marketing, run the operations from the ground up, and now architect AI automation workflows that do both.

Search and digital fulfillment from 2007, an outsourcing firm I founded and scaled to 100+ FTE, then two acquisitions from the operating side: one built to sell, one integrated after its buyout.

Throughout, working directly with business owners worldwide, primarily in the United States and Australia. That experience is why the AI systems I build hold up in production.

Companies bring me in when growth, operations and automation have to answer to the same person, and they get a system their own team can run, trust and build on.

Anthropic's own curriculum for working with Claude deliberately instead of by trial and error. It matters here because every system on this page runs on Claude, and the usual reason an AI build fails is not the model, it is the person driving it.

The teaching half of the same curriculum, for running AI training rather than just doing the work. It matters here because most of what I build gets handed to a team that then has to drive it, and a system nobody knows how to drive quietly stops being used.

Marketing operations inside a CRM, which is where most of the automations I build actually live. Knowing a platform's own data model is what stops an integration from fighting the system it sits on.

The instrumentation layer. An automation whose effect nobody can see gets switched off at the first budget review, so measurement belongs in the build and not in a report written afterwards.

Position

End to end means end to end.

The model, the retrieval, the interface a person actually touches, the integrations, and the infrastructure it all runs on. I own all of it, and I own it after launch.

Before AI, nineteen years of operations. I founded and scaled an outsourcing firm from zero to over 100 people, architected the operational foundation for a company's acquisition, and led the post-buyout integration. That is why the work starts with the process logic and not with the model. The tool serves the business logic, never the other way around.

Anyone can ship a demo. Keeping automation alive on a real business, unattended, is the harder half, and it is the part I care about most.

Before AI, and underneath it

Operations and business process, at scale

Nineteen years running outsourced operations before a line of this was automated. Founding and staffing a delivery organization, documenting it well enough to survive a sale, and integrating it after the buyout. That is why the work starts with the process and not with the model.

0 to 100+staff in an outsourcing firm I founded, scaled and exited
2acquisitions: one business built to sell, one integrated after buyout
200+US locations under managed local search and fulfillment
19 yrsin operations across three markets: Philippines, United States, Australia
01Business process outsourcing, built and staffed

Founded a digital operations hub in Davao and scaled it from zero to over 100 people, securing private investment for an enterprise-scale facility migration. Built the workforce strategy and the high-volume quality control systems behind US enterprise accounts. Separately bridged Australian logistics to Philippine fulfillment, standing up offshore call support, design and procurement for a print-on-demand platform.

02Process documentation that survived due diligence

Partnered with ownership to engineer the service infrastructure for a high-multiple acquisition: rigorous SOPs, A/B testing to protect process integrity, and chaotic workflows rebuilt into a repeatable engine, so the business sold as a turnkey asset rather than a founder-dependent one.

03Post-buyout integration and systems governance

Led the digital operations architecture after the 2025 acquisition, owning end-to-end systems governance, curating enterprise-grade SOPs, and building the handover assets that kept the organization stable and scalable through the transition. Managed a team of specialists, including local search across 200+ medical aesthetic locations.

04Continuous improvement as a working method

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and operates as EOS Integrator. Process mapping, measurement and failure-mode thinking are the reason the automation carries watchdogs, validation gates and rollback paths rather than a demo and a hope.

AI Project Initiatives

Six systems, one builder

Every one started as a blank page. Four are live, and the status on each pill below is the real one. Open a pill for the build summary. They are grouped by the part of the business they serve, and numbered in build order. Built for a multi-trade home services company in Texas covering electrical, plumbing, HVAC and roofing. The systems are described here, not disclosed. Every one is drawn out in full in the build gallery: the architecture, the automation canvas as it actually runs, and the interface.

Results of these six initiatives

6AI systems designed and built, four live in production
43%cut in cost per draft, from a routing and caching layer, by design not by accident
< 20sfrom inbound message to a ready, on-brand reply
28live automation workflows in daily operation
$31,000per year saved on a platform plan renegotiated around the build
On the build briefings. Four of these systems has a leadership build briefing behind an encrypted, PIN-locked page. Those pages are no longer linked from here, because their addresses named the client. The systems are described, not disclosed, and client and customer data is held back by design. A briefing is shared with a named recruiter or hiring manager on request.

Customer communication2 systems

01 Suggested-Reply AssistantRetrieval-grounded drafting inside the team's messaging tool FlagshipLive daily

The assistant reads a live conversation and writes the next reply in the voice of the department that handles it, grounded in years of past messages rather than a generic model. It is delivered as a browser extension that sits inside the tool people already use, so nobody changes how they work. A pre-generation cache and a cost router sit behind it. High-risk messages are escalated to a human channel instead of drafted, and nothing auto-sends.

Worth: an on-brand first draft in under twenty seconds, in daily production use, at a fraction of the cost a naive build would have carried.

02 Reply Training ConsoleA team-wide voice trainer across five departments Spun outLive

A person searches how the best replies were written before, picks the one that fits, and the system learns from the choice. It turns one strong communicator's judgment into a resource the whole team draws on, and it feeds the same grounding the assistant uses. The owned inboxes across the markets were ingested and the per-department split recovered, then embedded into five isolated namespaces so voices stay distinct instead of averaging into a committee tone. Designed and shipped in seven days with zero production impact.

Worth: one expert voice, scaled across five departments, and a learning loop that gets sharper every time it is used. No model retraining.

Field service and dispatch2 systems

03 Call-Time Dispatch AssistantOne-click booking during the call, inside the field-service platform Prototype liveLive, tuning

A call comes in and the panel fills itself: it finds the caller, matches the right technician to the job by skill and roster, offers a real bookable arrival window using live road distances and presence, declines work that is out of scope with a stated reason, and books it in one click. It is built to always return a usable state rather than a blank screen. The routing engine is versioned and deploys without downtime.

Worth: a scheduling decision that used to live in one dispatcher's head becomes a correct, one-click booking made while the customer is still on the line.

04 Dispatch UnderstudyA passive learning loop that teaches the dispatch system Detail withheldLive, capturing

Experienced dispatchers work a normal day. The Understudy records the scheduling actions taken in the platform and turns the patterns into rules the dispatch assistant follows. It is narrow and private by design: scheduling actions only, customer data masked, and no record leaves the company’s own systems. It is how the system found its own blind spots and how the dispatch tool is scored.

Worth: the system learns from real expertise without replaying any individual, interfering with anyone’s work, or moving a customer record off-site.

05 Campaign AutomationSelf-serve email campaigns with a human approval gate In build

A non-technical sender picks one of a set of brand-locked templates in a simple form. The system assembles the campaign, routes it to a person for approval, and only then schedules the send. The templates hold the brand, and nothing sends without review.

Worth: marketing a whole team can run safely, without a designer in the loop and without a way to get it wrong.

06 Invoice AutomationDeterministic drafting behind a hard validation gate Phase 0In diagnosis

A finished job triggers a draft built from a versioned rules registry that encodes the finance lead's judgment. The draft must clear a strict validation gate before anything is written anywhere. A language model is used for exactly two things, naming the invoice type and wording the customer-facing lines. It never touches a total, a tax decision, or an account.

Worth: a five-minute invoice, designed so a draft that fails validation cannot reach a customer.

Architecture

Five agentic patterns, and where I use each one

These five are the standard vocabulary for agentic systems. Each is paired with the place it is load-bearing in something I have actually shipped, and with the one point where I deliberately depart from the textbook version.

5 MEMORY AND CONTEXT Working scratchpad Episodic Semantic Procedural Request 3 Plan task list, then replan 4 Router cheapest that fits Worker agent Worker agent Worker agent 2 Validation gate, not a vibe check Person, customer, or record Token / key gate 1 TOOL USE, REAL SYSTEMS Field service Messaging Distance, presence Sheets, webhooks fails the gate, so replan or escalate to a person
One architecture, five patterns. The numbers match the rows below, and the highlight walks the spine in the order a request actually travels. Scroll the diagram sideways

01

Tool use and function calling

The model never acts. It names an action, and the system performs it against a real API behind an auth boundary the model itself never sees.

In production

The Call-Time Dispatch Assistant finds the caller, matches a technician by skill and roster, offers a bookable arrival window computed from live road distances and presence, declines out-of-scope work with a stated reason, and books in one click.

Invoice Automation is the strictest version of the rule: the model is allowed exactly two jobs, naming the invoice type and wording the customer-facing lines. It never touches a total, a tax decision, or an account.

Every tool sits behind a gate. Key-gated admin endpoints on the Plutio task desk, token-checked actions on the remote build console, a secret-protected webhook on the Millionaire Engine.

02

Reflection

Generate, check the result, and loop until it passes. In the textbook version the model critiques its own draft.

In production, with one deliberate departure

The critic is not the model. A stochastic critic reviewing a stochastic draft agrees with itself too often, so the check is deterministic: Invoice Automation drafts against a versioned rules registry and must clear a strict validation gate before anything is written anywhere. A draft that fails cannot reach a customer.

Where judgment genuinely cannot be encoded, a person is the critic. Campaign Automation routes every send to a human approval gate, and the Suggested-Reply Assistant escalates high-risk messages to a human channel instead of drafting them. Nothing auto-sends.

03

Plan and execute

Decompose a request into a task list, run the tasks one at a time, update state with each result, then replan or answer.

In production

The remote build console is this pattern as infrastructure: a Cloudflare Worker and a D1 queue accept a build request from a phone, hold the task list, dispatch each task to a laptop runner with per-project routing, and report status back.

In Shadow and learn the plan is the deliverable. A recorded expert shift is turned into an explicit playbook that a dispatch engine can execute.

04

Orchestrator and worker

One coordinator decides which specialist handles the work. Workers stay narrow, and the narrowness is the point.

In production

The cost router in front of the Suggested-Reply Assistant is the orchestrator. It picks the cheapest worker that can still do the job, and together with a pre-generation cache it cut cost per draft by roughly 43%.

The Reply Training Console holds five isolated namespaces, one per department, so the voices stay distinct instead of averaging into a committee tone. Five narrow workers beat one generalist.

The Plutio to Discord task desk fans a single workspace read out to one message per person, every weekday at 9:00 AM Manila.

05

Memory and context management

Working memory for the task in flight, and long-term memory across sessions: episodic for what happened, semantic for what is known, procedural for what was learned to do.

In production

Semantic. Years of owned inboxes were ingested, the per-department split recovered, and the result embedded into five isolated namespaces. That is what "grounded in past messages rather than a generic model" actually means.

Procedural. The Dispatch Understudy watches real scheduling actions and turns the patterns into rules the dispatch assistant follows, with customer data masked and no record leaving the company's own systems. The invoice rules registry is the same idea, versioned.

Context is a cost center, not just a capability. A replay storm and an oversized cache window were the two findings behind a further 65 to 70% cut in daily running cost.

The part clients do not see

Systems that cannot fail quietly

Anyone can ship a demo. Keeping automation alive on a real business, unattended, is the harder half. This is the engineering discipline underneath every system above.

01

Health is proven by output, not exit codes

Every recurring job proves itself by writing fresh output a watchdog can date. A job that ran but did nothing is treated as a failure, because it is one.

02

Silence raises an alarm

A watchdog checks every job twice a day and alerts the moment one goes quiet. The failure mode of most automation is not a crash, it is nobody noticing.

03

Credentials refresh themselves

Rotating token chains are kept alive on a schedule, spent on a real call to confirm they still work, and watched for the day the machine that holds them goes dark.

04

Every network call carries a timeout

An unattended job that hangs is worse than one that crashes, because a crash reports itself. Nothing waits forever.

05

A partial result never overwrites a good one

Jobs that gather from many sources count their failures and refuse to persist a half-answer on top of a complete one.

06

Nothing is hardcoded that a rename can break

Paths are derived, not named. A fixed path is a rule that expires the next time a folder moves.

Built as an in-house replacement for GoFullPage, with no account, no upload, no watermark and no paid tier.

  • Fixed headers and sticky bars appear once, at their natural place, instead of repeating down every screenful
  • Lazy images are warmed by a full scroll pass before the first shot, and smooth scrolling is defeated so slices land where they belong
  • Inner scroll containers are detected, so an app shell that scrolls a panel stitches that panel

Formerly Creative Working Playground. The practice I contract, invoice and pay tax through as a BIR-registered self-employed professional in the Philippines, which is how the contract engagements listed here are billed, and the reason it runs alongside them. Now an AI systems and automation consultancy and the home of the independent builds. Before that, white-label fulfillment systems and proprietary service packages for international agencies, high-volume content pipelines, and fractional advisory to global portfolios, including a fractional Director of Digital Marketing engagement for an Australian business academy.

Through 2026, a six-month engagement building the applied AI capability of a multi-trade home services company in Texas from nothing. I owned the AI roadmap across customer engagement, marketing automation and field-service operations, and I was the sole architect and builder of all six systems above. Four reached live production, led by the Suggested-Reply Assistant in daily use; two were still in build when the engagement ended.

Beyond the builds: cut cost per draft by roughly 43% with a routing and caching layer, then diagnosed a replay storm and an oversized cache window for a further 65 to 70% cut in daily running cost. Renegotiated a messaging-platform plan around the build, saving approximately $31,000 a year. Restored full service the same day a third-party vector database went down, with backfill and no customer-facing outage. Also owned AI search visibility and AEO, AI-drafted review responses that a human approves before anything publishes, CRM follow-up personalization for replacement and reactivation customers, and the scoping of after-hours AI voice agents.
